  • Release Forms

    We require all guest (adults and youth) to have a signed release form for each event they attend. This release form ensures the understanding that parents of minors and/or adults accepts responsibility for all their medical, health and/or liability expenses which may arise from involvement in the Event.

    We have a pdf version as well as an online version (via JOTFORM) that will be sent after confirming the rental agreement for easier collection.

  • Sexual Abuse Policy

    Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention (HPBC) and Pu’u Kahea Conference Center (PKCC) require all employees to complete formal training on Sexual Abuse Awareness and Prevention. HPBC believes this training to be beneficial and crucial to the safety of our guests, HPBC also requires every visiting group sponsor, leader, volunteer, and counselor to undergo similar training prior to arrival at Pu’u Kahea.

    Certification of completed sexual abuse training will need to be emailed to office@pkcc.org prior to check in information is sent BEFORE your stay.

  • Background Check Policy

    Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention and Pu’u Kahea Conference Center expects that Group-supervised events with minors at Pu’u Kahea will also have conducted proper screening, including criminal background checks on adults 18 years and older coming as program personnel, volunteers, and sponsors with minors. Below are the recommended background check and sexual abuse training.
