Before moving to Oahu he was the pastor at Oak Grove Baptist in Arkansas and was in youth ministry prior. He also was part-time as the pastor at Mt. Ka’ala Baptist Church in Waianae. Sarah and Corey met at Central Baptist Church Hawaii and married in June 2022. They have two children.
