Work that needs to be accomplished at Puu Kahea Conference Center (PKCC):

As funds are available the following work needs to be accomplished:

1. Windows replaced in all three K-Cottages (approx. $2,500.00 ea.).

2. Finish the irrigation of property approx. $2,000.00.

3. One by one change current electric hot water heaters over to LP on demand heater (approx. 8 systems needed at $2,000.00 each).

4. Remodel all six K-Kottage bathrooms at a cost of approx. $3,000.00 each.

5.  Remodel of Hikina #1 and #2 approx. $2,500.00.

6.  Of course there is always painting needing done.

7. New shelving built in all connex/containers for storage.

8.  Metal racks built for storage of pipe, ladders etc…

The above are not by priorities.
