Deposit will be deducted from final amount due at the end of event. CANCELLATIONS: Deposit is forfeited when reservation is cancelled. A cancellation request must be postmarked or called in to this office no less than 45 days before the date on which the reservation begins or your group will be assessed one night's charge based on estimated number of guests in addition to forfeiting the deposit. CONFIRMATION POLICY: PKCC reserves the right to refuse reservations to any group. A schedule of planned activities is due in the PKCC office two weeks prior to the event. A guaranteed number of guests and number of meals must be given to the PKCC management 7 days prior to arrival. Group will be charged first meal count plus additional number served. A list of participants (ages 5 and older) must be furnished to the staff upon arrival. Full payment must be made to PKCC before your group leaves unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-in time: after 2 p.m. and before 10 p.m. Check-out time is: before 12 noon.
