DEPOSIT: $____________ (MISC. Rates and Deposits). Make checks payable to: Puu Kahea Conference Center and mail to 85-199 Ala Hema Street, Waianae, HI 96792 . Deposit is non-refundable and must be received 7 days after initial inquiry.
Deposit will be deducted from final amount due at the end of event.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit is forfeited when reservation is cancelled. A cancellation request must be postmarked or called in to this office no less than 60 days before the date on which the reservation begins or your group will be assessed one night’s charge based on estimated number of guests in addition to forfeiting the deposit. An addition deposit will need to be made 60 days prior to event to hold reservation.
CONFIRMATION POLICY:
PKCC reserves the right to refuse reservations to any group. A schedule of planned activities is due in the PKCC office two weeks prior to the event.
A guaranteed number of guests and number of meals must be given to the PKCC Directors 7 days prior to arrival. Group will be charged first meal count plus additional number served.
Full payment must be made to PKCC before your group leaves unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-in time: after 2 p.m. and before 10 p.m. Check-out time is: 12 noon.

By signing, you agree that you have read the Guidelines for Use for PKCC and agree to abide by all the guidelines listed or be subject to immediate dismissal. After signing, mail with deposit and please keep a copy for your files.
